Vá ao Menu Iniciar clique em Painel de Controle:

Seguindo se você usar o Painel de Controle normal clique em ‘Rede e Internet’:

E depois ‘Opções da Internet’:

 

Se você usar o painel de controle cheio de ícones clique diretamente no ‘Opções da Internet’:

Depois na janela de opções que se abre clique na aba avançado, procure pela opção “Elementos gráficos acelerados” e marque o item “usar renderização de software” conforme a imagem abaixo, clique em ok e pronto seu ie nao ficará com a tela branca:
